The candidates for the Georgia PSC are running for two seats, one in District 2 and another in District 3.
District 2
- Tim Echols (R): The incumbent, who was first elected to the commission in 2011, is seeking another term.
- Alicia Johnson (D): A doctor and healthcare professional, she ran unopposed in the Democratic primary.
District 3
- Fitz Johnson (R): The incumbent, appointed by Governor Brian Kemp in 2021, is running to be elected to the seat.
- Peter Hubbard (D): The founder of the Georgia Center for Energy Solutions, Hubbard won the Democratic primary runoff in July 2025 to advance to the general election.
Although commissioners represent specific districts, all voters in Georgia can vote for both seats on the ballot.
